POSitive Retail Manager is built around Microsoft's SQL, a robust and scalable database. SQL allows PRM to work with many popular third-party programs, such as Crystal Reports. All the familiar features of our award winning POSitive for Windows are still there, but with an improved, streamlined user interface.

PRM boasts several new features: Touch screen support is built-in and now utilizes "Fast Tender" which reduces the steps needed to complete a sale; Advanced Search rapidly finds customers and inventory; Combine Same SKU saves receipt paper; store Divisions categorize sales; Invoices and reports can be output to PDF documents; Data can be exported to various formats.

Enhanced Multi-Store functionality gives the Master store access to ALL data and data replication allows off-line stations to sync with the server at reconnect. Security settings control employee access to all parts of PRM. Customer credit card information is encrypted and meets all Visa security standards.

POSitive for Windows supports an unlimited number of inventory items, which can be standard hard and soft goods and intangible items like services or labor.

Customer Management
 

Quickly search by account number, phone number or name. Assign one of six pricing levels or a automatic discount to each customer. Complete customer history available at POS. Track customer purchases and use for loyalty or marketing programs.
Built-in Reports
 

You need to know what’s going on with your store and PRM has over 100 reports, many customizable, that furnish with you the information you need to stay competitive. Custom Label Printing
 

A powerful custom label designer allows you to create barcode labels of almost any size and print them on any good quality printer. There is no limit to the number of labels you can design. Labels can be automatically printed when new stock is received. Also great for creating shipping and mailing labels.
