One of the benefits of a POSitive support agreement is having access to our popular "open training" classes, which are on Wednesday from 8am to 9am Pacific time (11am to 12pm Eastern). Nicknamed "POSitive How Do I?", these classes have no set agenda, and are based entirely on the questions asked each day. They're an excellent opportunity to learn how to get the most out of your POSitive product. Contact POSitive support for access information.

We also offer personalized "one on one" training for customers who have more specific needs. These classes are $100 an hour, with no limit on the number of participants. Whether you need only one hour, or sessions spread out over several days, our training staff is ready to assist you.
